What are your exchange and return conditions?

The products you order are taken from the store as a special order and your cargo is sent from America. For this reason, exchanges and returns are not possible.

Do you have the option to pay at the door?

Our company is shipping your orders from the USA and it is not possible to pay at the door for international cargo.

What payment options can I use?

You can make your payments by dividing up to 12 installments by credit card or by EFT/Money Transfer to our bank account.

What are the warranty terms of the products?

The products in the watch and accessory group have an international 2-year warranty. No warranty is available for other product groups.

Do your prices include customs tax?

Customs duty is not included in the prices. As soon as your cargo arrives, you can pay by credit card or at the door via the payment link sent to your mobile phones as a message.

When will I have my order?

After your order is shipped, it is delivered within 10 - 12 working days unless an extra information document is requested in the customs clearance process.

Are the products shipped with boxes and dust bags?

Products are shipped without a box, considering the international shipping cost. However, if you send your request during the order, we can send it with its box for an extra fee. Dust bags vary at the discretion of the brand.
